The VITRITURF Playground System offers the playground owner a viable solution to meet the demands of ADA .

The Americans with Disabilities Act ( ADA ) enacted in July 1990 bans discrimination on the basis of physical or mental handicap in employment,

 public accommodations, transportation and telecommunications services. The ADA applies to all new construction and, whenever

"readily achievable" to existing facilities. VPS offers the handicapped individual the access to and

around the play equipment thereby meeting the demands of the ADA .
